Ubisoft is treating Assassin's Creed Odyssey as an ongoing live game, and that means regular updates. New Story Content
 
The new Lost Tales of Greece series of questlines will kick off this month, starting with The Show Must Go On. In that quest, you'll play as an actor playing King Leonidas in the Battle of 300. The second Lost Tale of Greece, called Divine Intervention, will have you meeting a mysterious woman who puts you through a series of divine trials. You can start playing Lost Tales of Greece quests anytime once you've reached Episode 5. You can unlock rewards, and Ubisoft warns that you may want to keep a save before you take on a quest so that you can see the different outcomes.
 
Epic Events
 
New Epic Events will appear regularly in the game this November: either as an Epic Mercenary or an Epic Ship that you will be tasked to hunt down. Defeating those challenging adversaries will reward you not only with Orichalcum to use at the Oikos of the Olympians merchant, but also with a new ship design or a new piece of equipment! New Items
 
Two new exclusive Packs are coming this month. The Odysseus Pack named for the Homeric hero will include a new gear set, a new mount, and a new weapon. The Odysseus Naval Pack will contain a new ship design, a new crew theme, and a new figurehead for the front of your ship. The two packs go live at the end of this month, but don’ t have a specific launch date.
 
In addition to fresh content, Ubisoft also outlined features and improvements which have been or will be implemented into the game soon. For example, the increased level cap which would be no less than 20 levels and be available for all players and the auto-crafting arrow feature that allows players to auto-craft regular arrows when enough resources are available. Besides, Gear upgrades and gamepad customization are also due to receive updates sometime this month.
 
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey was released on Friday October 5 for PS 4 and Xbox One. Despite having only released in October, it has already garnered plenty of positive reviews.
