When playing Genshin Impact, it is necessary for players to build the best team for deep exploration. So, they need choose different kinds of attributes characters to set up the team. How to Choose the Best Catalyst Class Character in Genshin Impact
Nahida
Nahida is a five-star Dendro user who is highly skilled at all roles. Her attacks deal damage in a huge area of effect, cost only a fair amount of energy, and powers up a different active character that swaps in during Nahida’s elemental burst. The only downside is her really low defense, which can be problematic in certain fights.
Still, players should consider building Nahida and her team around pure damage. One should hunt down the Deep Wood Memories artifact set from the corresponding domain. Two pieces worn will grant +15% Dendro damage, and four will lower an enemy’s Dendro resistance after being hit with an Elemental Burst. This can quickly decimate large groups and even make short work of bosses. But, if Nahida runs low on health, Genshin Impact players should quickly switch her out for a different main fighter.
Sangonomiya Kokomi
Kokomi is often called a 5-star Barbara, and there's a rational reason behind it. Just like the Church Sister, Kokomi is a Hydro healer, but of course, the Watatsumi Priestess outperforms Barbara in most ways. Kokomi's Elemental Skill has a wide Hydro application that deals decent DMG; moreover, she becomes a Sub-DPS when her Elemental Burst is active.
Once she’s equipped with 4pc Ocean-Hued Clam, Kokomi turns into a top-tier Sub-DPS, over-healing her teammates while continuously inflicting significant DMG. After multiple non-targeted buffs (like the existence of Ocean-Hued Clam, and Hydro Resonance buff), Kokomi quickly became one of the best characters in Genshin Impact.
Wanderer
Wanderer is widely considered to be one of the best characters and one of the best catalyst users in Genshin Impact. Thanks to his elemental skill, he can fly, sprint, and glide without draining his regular stamina, making him a highly efficient and convenient option for exploration.
Also, Wanderer is considered a Hypercarry unit that excels in on-field damage. One of his greatest advantages in battle is his flexibility in teams. All of his Talents and attacks infuse enemies with Anemo, enabling him to trigger powerful Swirl Elemental Reactions. He can fit well into various team compositions and synergize particularly well with top-tier characters like Bennet, Xiangling, Xingqiu, Raiden Shogun, and many others.
Yae Miko
Yae Miko is another Electro user; this time rated five-star rarity. Yae Miko has a massive attack range and a fast cooldown rate, making it easy to destroy large groups. However, she uses energy quickly, requiring items or allies to resupply her resources. The amount of elemental Sesshou Sakura turrets Yae Miko can deploy is reduced during co-op sessions in Genshin Impact.
Yae Miko works best when grouping up with Hydro or Pyro characters. The goal is to trigger various elemental reactions of either Electro-Charged or Overload, respectively. Good candidates include bow user Tartagli or sword wielder Bennet. In most cases, Yae Miko will be more passive in a Sub-DPS slot than the main attacker.
Mona
Mona is a support Hydro character; however, she's not a healer. Instead, Mona's role is to taunt, battery, and amplify the team's DMG with her Omen, a debuff on enemies created by her Elemental Burst.
Mona can deal great DMG with her Burst while allowing her teammates to do even greater DMG. This is why Mona is often paired with Sucrose, another character that can enhance the team's overall DPS. Other than support, Mona is also viable as a DPS in her own right, making her one of the stronger catalyst characters.
