Recently, Wargaming announced that "World of Tanks" will add a limited-time battle royale mode.

 
 

The battle royale mode of "Tank Reality", as a new model of the Tank Festival, will be launched together with the new map. In this mode, players need to collect the spoils that appear regularly on the map, temporarily enhance the performance of the vehicle, or apply for airdrops to improve the durability of the consumables, as well as air raids, experience new features and fun.
 
As you would expect from a battle royale mode, ‘Steel Hunter’ will start players on a level playing field. Before each battle starts, the twenty players (or seven three-player Platoons) choose a place to spawn on ‘Dreamland’, the brand-new city map specifically designed for Steel Hunter. As the battle unfolds, the area of play progressively gets smaller and so-called Danger Zones appear.
 
To win, players just need to be the sole survivor or part of the last remaining platoon. Similar to other battle royale, players will start out on equal footing, choosing one of three tanks that represent the classic World of Tanks nations. Players (or platoons) choose where to spawn on the new city map designed especially for the mode and, as is a common feature of battle royale, the map will begin to shrink.
 
Scattered around Dreamland, players will also find stationary loot or repair modules to help improve their chances. There’ll also be abilities which players can use to offer an advantage, with options ranging from smoke-screens to fully-fledged airstrikes.
 
The battle royale mode will be open from August 26th to September 16th, and will be open for 3 weeks in the outer world of Tank World. The biggest goal of this model is to survive to the end in battle. Players can participate in this mode as individuals or as one of seven 3-person squads. In the game, as long as you enter the battle royale garage you can choose one of the three special tanks in the United States, Germany, and the Soviet Union.
 
The battle royale mode of "World of Tanks" will be carried out in a huge map of the city, and as time goes by, the area will shrink. If the chariot is in a closed area, it will be damaged. In addition, at the end of the battle, there will be only one chariot or one squad left.
